Spring's a bit of an exhibitionist but we do love her...

Scottish-grown Spring flowers are exquisite, from unruly tulips to rare narcissus there is so much inspiration to draw from the season. Join Julia in the studio for a fully immersive two-day masterclass where we will explore the art of fine art and still-life arrangements as we work to produce a beautiful composition to be captured at the end by a professional photographer for your own permanent souvenir.

This workshop will run from 10am - 4pm each day with everything taken care of from the moment you step into the studio. Lunch will be provided by our team in Wild Gorse Kitchen and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional Dutch Masters, create your own painterly still life arrangement using exquisite Spring flowers in a celebration of new life and seasonality. Julia will take you on an advanced exploration of composition and colour to further hone your skills and unleash the inner artist.

We will delve into the hidden meanings used in historic fine art and, with access to our collection of antique props and treasures to enhance your creations, you'll have the opportunity to capture some lasting imagery imbued with the symbolism of art history.

All tools and materials will be provided and light refreshments will be available.

Please note this masterclass is suitable for those with some existing floristry experience.
